Let’s Swim

Swimming will be an earned weekly privilege for students who consistently demonstrate responsibility, effort, and positive behavior throughout the school week. Students must have completed all assigned work, submitted assignments on time, maintained a B average, and demonstrated good behavior to participate. Swim time will be earned based on meeting these expectations. Students who do not meet the requirements for the week will not participate in swimming the following week.

To participate, students must come prepared with the following items:

Towel

Swim cap (girls)

Swimsuit (girls)

Lined swim shorts (boys)

Water shoes

Swimming is designed to provide students with an opportunity to enjoy physical activity while learning the importance of accountability, consistency, responsibility, and making positive choices.
